Tobu assembly constituency is in the Mon district of Nagaland State. There are18,637 voters in the constituency of which 17,771 voters voted in the last election making the voting to around 95.35%. The Demographic Bifurcation of the constituency is 96.03% Christians, 1.24% Buddhists and 1.22% Hindus. N Bongkhao Konyak candidate belonging to Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party won the seat in last election defeating Naiba Konyak of Naga Peoples Front by 1,741 Votes.
