Shivananda S Patil - MLA from Basavana Bagevadi(28)

Shivanand Patil is current MLA from Basavana Bagevadi assembly constituency. Before 2004 Karnataka state assembly election he joined Congress and contested from Basavana Bagewadi constituency. Currently he holds the portfolio of Health and Family Welfare Ministry of Karnataka Coalition govt. under H.D.Kumaraswamy. His Brother Vijugouda Patil is also a politician from BJP.
