Malikaiah V Guttedar is a Karnataka Legislative Assembly member from the town of Afzalpur in the district of Gulbarga. Former Karnataka government minister and senior leader from Kalaburagi district, he was a member of the Indian National Congress party before joining the BJP in 2018.
