J.R. Lobo - Previous MLA from Mangaluru City South (203)

John Richard Lobo, also known as J. R. Lobo, is a previous MLA of Mangalore South constituency in Karnataka, India, and a member of the Indian National Congress. MLA J.R Lobo proposed installing a musical fountain with a laser show in Kadri Park, the city's largest lung space. J.R Lobo also proposed building the 3D 8K Planetarium at Pilikula in Mangalore, which opened in March 2018. J.R Lobo was the founder and Executive Director of the Pilikula Nisargadhama in Mangalore for 18 years.
