B. Ramanatha Rai - Previous MLA from Bantval (205)

Bellipady Ramanath Rai is an Indian politician who served as a Minister in the Karnataka government from May 23, 2013 to May 15, 2018. He also won the Bantwal Assembly seat in 2013. He has been appointed Minister of Forest, Environment, and Ecology. In the 2018 Assembly elections, he was defeated by Rajesh Naik of the BJP by a margin of 15,000 votes.
