Sorab assembly constituency is a Town Panchayat city in the Shimoga district of Karnataka. Sorab constituency election results will be known once the Election Commission shall announce the Karnataka election results of 2023. Sorab constituency Vidhan Sabha 2023 results shall be awaited once the elections are held in the state of Karnataka. Sorab is divided into 11 wards, with elections held every five years. According to Census India 2011, the Sorab Town Panchayat has a population of 11,332 people, with 5,623 men and 5,709 women. Hindus make up 68.96%, Muslims make up 30.07%, and Christians make up 0.61%. In 2018, Sorab assembly constituency had total 1,84,621 electors.
