Molakalmuru assembly constituency is a Vidhan Sabha seat in Chitradurga district and lies in Central Karnataka region. Molakalmuru constituency election results will be known once the Election Commission shall announce the Karnataka election results of 2023. Molakalmuru Vidhan Sabha 2023 results shall be awaited once the elections are held in the state of Karnataka. There are 2,27,137 voters. Total population of the taluk is 1,41,284, where 72,049 are male and 69,235 are female. There are 92% Hindus, 7.03% Muslims and 0.12% Christians. This is a Scheduled Tribe reserved seat.
In the 2018 state elections E. Sreeramulu won the seat. He is of Bharatiya Janata Party.
