Patepur is a legislative assembly constituency in the state of Bihar. It is reserved for the candidates coming from the Scheduled Castes (SC). At present, Patepur is represented in the state legislative assembly by RJD’s Prema Chaudhary. She won this Bihar Assembly Seat with 67,548 votes. BJP’s Mahendra Baitha was the runner up for that election.
Patepur has 2,60,719 eligible voters as per the data from the last election. It is located in the Vaishali district of Bihar. The runner up Mahendra Baitha had won this constituency in the 2010 Bihar election. The Bihar Assembly Election 2020 will be held this year in the month of October or November.
