Growing traffic menace in Delhi has become the order of the day. Take, for instance, the Nangloi Jat assembly segment of Delhi. The traffic scene at the Peera Garhi crossing is a complete mess. The traffic personnel are helpless and make excuses for their inability to streamline the traffic.
