Northern Angami II assembly constituency is in the Kohima district of Nagaland State. There are 19,089 voters in the constituency of which 17,939 voters voted in the last election making the voting to around 93.98%. The Demographic Bifurcation of the constituency is 87.67% Christians, 9.51% Hindus and 1.64% Muslims.
Neiphiu Rio candidate belonging to Naga Peoples Front won the seat in last election defeating Kevise Sogotsu of Indian National Congress by 12,671 Votes.
